Riders need to sign up by calling the City Clerk's office, 388-4766, before 3 p.m. Monday-Thursday for a ride the next day or at least 24 hours before the ride is needed.

Fees for Bus Rides:

• In Crofton - $1
• Up to five-mile radius around Crofton, $1 plus $.50/mile
• To Yankton, $5
• Fordyce to Yankton, $6
• Fordyce to Crofton, $1 plus $.50/mile (That is far out as we will go unless a request is made.)
• Charter Trip to Omaha or Sioux Falls, minimum 4 riders, $100.
• Charter trips, $75 and $.50 per mile; city will provide driver.

Crofton City Transit bus will run a Sunday morning church route. Please sign up by 3 p.m. on Friday. Don't forget to indicate which church you want to attend. Available for Doctor visits out of town - One day a week. We understand doctors have different days off so just let us know ahead of time where you need to go. The more time we have, the easier it is to find a driver. Available for Doctor visits in Crofton everyday - just call the Center to request a ride at least one day ahead.

Need to shop for groceries or stop at the Bank? The Transit Bus will make a run on Thursday afternoons for stops in Downtown Crofton.Only $1 a ride - can't beat that!

Think about those trips to Yankton. Gas is almost up to $4/gallon. Can you and your car drive to Yankton and only use two gallons? That's almost $8. The bus only costs $5. We would love to give you a ride!
