We will be closed Nov. 23rd and 24th in observance of Thanksgiving.

The Corps of Discovery Welcome Center is having their Taste of Christmas at the Corps of Discovery Welcome Center on November 18th from 9am to 6pm. This is a great time to shop for the holidays and to pick up some Nissen Wine.

Thanksgiving Ecumenical Service on Sunday, November 19, 6:30 p.m. in St. Rose Parish Hall, Crofton. Everyone is encouraged to bring non-perishable food items for the Knox County Food Pantry. Everyone welcome.

Thanksgiving Mass at St. Rose of Lima Church at 8:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 23.

St. Rose Catholic Order of Foresters is sponsoring coffee and homemade rolls after Mass on Sunday, November 12 in St. Rose Parish Hall, Crofton. A free will offering will be taken for the St. Rose School Book It Fund for textbooks. Everyone is welcome.

Schools are in session, and we would like to remind everyone that school buses are stopping to pick up young school kids. PLEASE obey the law and stop for the buses. The minimum fine assessed for passing a school pus is $500 plus court costs. Please watch for school buses, the lights, and the children, and if you see a person passing a bus with the lights and/or stop sign, please call law enforcement with the license plate number and a description of the vehicle passing.

The City of Crofton is offering fitness classes at the city auditorium on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm. The classes are led by certified trainer, Ashley Schurman, and are great for various fitness levels. Inquire at the city office and like the Crofton Fitness page on facebook for more information. Class times may change or be expanded, depending on interest.

Crofton's Youth Program meets in the city auditorium after school on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays when school is in session. All school-aged children are welcome to attend. The Youth Program offers activities, sports and games for kids, and parents are welcome to attend with their children.

Main Street Treasures is a non-profit thrift store operated by volunteers. The store sells clothing, housewares, small furniture, small appliances, lawn & garden items, toys, baby stuff, hunting accessories, and other items. Proceeds benefit the Crofton area. Main Street Treasures is open Wednesdays 10am to 8pm, Thursdays and Fridays, 10am to 6pm, Saturdays 10am to 2pm, and the first Sunday of the month 10am to 1pm. Main Street Treasures is donating a free hot dog, chips, and drink to students and their parents tonight, November 8th, from 5pm to 7:30pm. Satisfy your hunger after school activities and browse our selection.

Crofton Community Club Bucks make GREAT gifts for teachers, pastors, employees, grown children, & friends!
